Electronic telephone directory
The station names stored in memory wili be automaticaiiy registered into the electronic teiephone directory in
alphabetical order. You can make a fax or voice caii by seiecting the desired station name on the display.
If you wish to send a fax, insert the documents
into the document feeder first.

SELECT INDEX
Press the diai key in which the first initiai
of a station name is assigned (see index
tabie beiow).
Example: To search a name with initial “N’
Press (D repeatedly until the first
station name with initial “N” is
displayed. Press |^] until the
desired name is displayed.
