2. Place the monitor on the palm side of your
wrist, roughly 1.5 cm (1/2") below your palm as
shown in Fig. 4, and secure it with the Velcro
fastener so that it fits comfortably (is neither too
tight nor too loose).

3. Make sure that the display is on the inside of your wrist (palm side up).
Also, center the unit on your wrist.
