The paper comes out of the printer and the paper jam message is cleared.

If the paper jam message is not cleared, follow the next steps.
Pull the cassette completely out of the printer.

• The cassette weighs approximately 4.7 kg {10.3 lbs.} when it is fully loaded. Hold it
carefully with both hands as shown below.

Pull down the metal plate holding the green tab on the right
inside of the printer.
b)
Slowly pull the paper out of the printer.

Replace the cassette.
Open and close the top cover to clear the paper jam message.
