Seat box assembly
To remove/replace the seat box assembly:
1. Remove the battery and battery box. See Figure 4.24.
2. Disconnect the seat switch.
3. Remove the seat pivot bolts. See Figure 4.25.
4. Remove the seat from the mower.
5. Disconnect the fuse holder/PTO relay from the seat
box. See Figure 4.26.
6. Remove the two screws and nuts that hold the starter
solenoid to the seat box.
NOTE: The wires do not need to be disconnected. The
solenoid can be left hanging.
7. Remove the left control console by following the pro-
cedures described in the left control console section
of this chapter.
8. Remove the right control console by following the
procedures described in the right control console
section of this chapter.
