3) TC/Dialer will call the contact.
Note: GroupWise uses the Windows Phone Dialer to make a call. Therefore you must configure the
Windows Phone Dialer to use the TC/Dialer Gateway.
6.1 Configuration of the Windows Phone Dialer on Windows XP for
GroupWise
1) To run Phone Dialer, click Start, click Run, type dialer.exe, and then press ENTER.
2) On the Edit menu, click Options.
3) In the Lines tab, select Phone for the preferred line for calling and select the TCDialer Gateway in the
Phone calls dropdown list.
4) Click OK.
