SAVE ALL MESSAGES MESSAGE
FORWARDING
BETWEEN MAILBOXES
Messages may be sorted or forwarded from one
mailbox to another. For example, while a
message plays in Mailbox 1, press Mailbox 2.
The message will be sent to Mailbox 2. You may
designate a specific mailbox for long term
storage and forward important messages to that
mailbox.
1 While a message plays in one mailbox,
press another
MAILBOX button. The
message will be sent to that mailbox.
4 If you wish to forward the same message
to a second mailbox, press
REPEAT
until the desired message plays. Press
another
MAILBOX button to forward
the message.

Message playback continues with the
next message in the original mailbox.

2 “FO” will appear in the display to confirm
the message has been forwarded.
NOTE:
The message will be erased from the original mailbox
unless
SAVE is pressed at the end of messages.
1 If you wish to save ALL messages, press
SAVE within 7 seconds after hearing
“End of messages” or after pressing
ERASE .
