USER SETTINGS Menu

The selectable settings and the default settings vary depending on the country where you have
purchased the FAX. The values shown here are average values.

DATE & TIME

Sets the current date and time (

UNIT TELEPHONE #

Enters the fax/telephone number you want to appear at the
top of each fax page you send (

Enters the name or company name you want to appear at
the top of each fax page you send (

 p. 3-6).

TX TERMINAL ID

Enables/disables printing of the sender information
(

 p. 3-5).

TTI POSITION

Selects whether the sender information is positioned
inside or outside the image area (

 p. 3-5).

OUTSIDE IMAGE

INSIDE IMAGE

TELEPHONE # MARK Selects the prefix for the unit number ( p. 3-5).

Selects the scanning contrast (

OFFHOOK ALARM

Enables/disables the off hook alarm that alerts you that
the handset is not seated properly in its cradle.

VOLUME CONTROL

Sets the volume of the FAX sounds.

CALLING VOLUME

Selects the ring volume when the FAX detects a voice
call.

KEYPAD VOLUME

Selects the keypad touch beep volume.

ALARM VOLUME

Selects the error alarm volume.

LINE MONITOR VOL Selects the line monitor volume (sound during dialling).

RX CALL LEVEL

Selects the ring type for incoming calls.
