Fast, Asynchronous SRAM
The Spartan-3 Starter Kit board has a megabyte of fast asynchronous SRAM, surface-
mounted to the backside of the board. The memory array includes two 256Kx16 ISSI
ns SRAM devices, as shown in
Figure 2-1
