Master mount installation instructions

1) Insert the 5/8 bolt onto the Tube Mounting Sleeve. Make sure

that the hex head of the bolt is aligned with the hex socket of
the Master Mount sleeve.

2) Put the bolt through the selected hole in the frame. Place the

Nord-Lock washer and nut onto the bolt then tighten nut to 180
fl. lbs. of torque.

3) Slide the Master Mount Tube into the sleeve then install and

tighten the two setscrews to 230 in. lbs. or 19 ft. lbs. of torque.

4) Install an end cap the Master Mount tube per directions sup-

plied.

5) Now you can install the Spray Master fender onto the Master

Mount tubes.

NOTE: These instructions for installing Master Multi-
Mount are intended to be a general guide to help the
installer. Because of the large number of possible
mounting configurations, the installer is responsible
for the installation design and for providing adequate
clearance around the tire carrier (i.e. tire clearance,
trailer clearance, etc.)

This product may not fit all truck models or types of
suspensions. Check truck or trailer manufacturer for
suspension travel specifications. Modifications to the
brackets and/or the fenders may be required. Any
modifications are at the discretion, responsibility and
risk of the installer.
