This section describes how to set up speed dialing features from your User Options web pages. To

Setting Up Conference Station Services on the Web
Conference station services can include special conference station features, network data, and
web-based information (such as stock quotes and movie listings). You must first subscribe to a
conference station service before accessing it on the conference station.
If you want to...
Then do this after you log in...
Set up Speed Dials
1.
Choose User Options > Device.
2.
If you have more than one device, select a device.
3.
Click Speed Dials.
4.
In the Speed Dial Settings area, enter a number and label for the speed dial
entry.
5.
Click Save.
Note
The conference station uses the ASCII Label field if the conference station
does not support double-byte character sets.
Set up Abbreviated
Dialing
1.
Choose User Options > Device.
2.
If you have more than one device, select a device.
3.
Click Speed Dials.
4.
In the Abbreviated Dial Settings area, enter a number and label for the
abbreviated-dial entry.
5.
Click Save.
