The camera can automatically select all settings so that you can shoot
movies just by pressing the shutter button.
Set the mode dial to E.
Compose the shot.
● Moving the zoom lever toward i will
zoom in on your subject, making it appear
larger. Moving the lever toward
j will
zoom out from your subject, making it
appear smaller.
● Using the same procedures found in Step
3 on p. 24, you can zoom in on your
subject (Step Zoom, p. 64).
Focus
● Press the shutter button halfway to focus.
X When the camera focuses, it will beep
twice and the indicator will light green.
