Attempt to save a file using the same
name as an existing file that is read

compatible with this keyboard.

1. If you have user patterns stored in Pattern Sequenc-

er memory, use the following procedure to delete
user patterns you no longer need from the user area
(patterns 120 to 129).
1 Clear the work area using the procedure under

“Work Area Clear” on page E-54.

2 While the work area empty (cleared), use the pro-

cedure under “To exit the Pattern Sequencer
Mode and save work area contents” on page E-
56 to save the work area to the accompaniment
pattern user area accompaniment numbers that
contain patterns you no longer need. Saving the
empty work area effectively deletes data currently
stored in memory.

2. If you have song data stored in Song Sequencer

memory (SG0, SG1), delete the song data you no
longer need. .......................................................... E-46
