Introduction

The Bowflex Body Leanness
Program

This program is scientifically designed for
maximal fat loss over six weeks. It is important
that you practice every aspect of the plan to
achieve optimum results.

The program separates into three two-week
stages. During each stage you will exercise,
control the number and quality of calories you
consume, and drink plenty of ice-cold water.

Before starting the exercise routine you must be
familiar with your Bowflex. You should
experiment with finding the proper amount of
resistance to use on each exercise. You should be
able to perform 8 repetitions, but not more than
12 repetitions, for each exercise. It is essential
that you learn how to perform each movement
before trying a complete circuit, because part of
the effectiveness of the training depends on
minimal rest between each exercise.
