Assembly Notes:

During assembly, hand tighten screw only when all screws

are in place, you may then tighten all screws completely.
CAUTION:

1. Do not use this chair as a step ladder.

2. Check for loose screws and tighten them every 6 months.

Assembly Instructions

Tools Needed: Phillips Head Screwdriver

Please read all instructions before assembly.
Step 1: Insert Casters (C) into Chair Base (B).
Step 2: Insert Gas Lift (D) into Chair Base (B) and cover with

Telescopic Bellows (E).

Step 3: Unfold back section of Chair Body (A) and bring to upright

position, aligning the hinges on the back section and seat

section underneath the vinyl flap.

Step 4: Insert Hinge Pins (F) facing inward through the hinges on

both sides.

Step 5: Secure by screwing Pin Screws (G) with Allen Wrench (H)

through the holes in the end of the Hinge Pins (F).

Step 6: Zip the vinyl flap closed.
Step 7: Place Chair Body (A) onto Chair Base (B) by inserting top

of Gas Lift (D) into the metal hole in the bottom of the

Chair Body (A). Carefully sit on seat to secure to base.

To Extend Footrest

Step 1: With fingertips, find metal

handle under Footrest.

Step 2: Pull Footrest out and lift up

until it locks into position.

Swivel Footrest down.

To Stoor Footrest

Step 1: Grasp the Footrest in the center

and pull up to a vertical position.

Step 2: Push the Footrest down and back

until it is tucked under the seat.
