WARNING: The Sarastro’s lower module and its packaging are
big and heavy. Any operations that ask for moving, lifting or
tilting will require the assistance of a second person.
Attempting to do it alone could be hazardous, create injuries
or permanent damage to the loudspeaker.

1. Cut and remove the tie wraps which securely holds the

four latches of the lower module flight case;

2. Lift each of the latch's handles then twist

counterclockwise 180 degrees and pull to release;

3. Remove and place aside the upper flight case shell;

4. Lift and take the lower module cabinet out and lay it on

the floor. During this operation be careful not to damage
the drive unit;

5. Remove the protective fabric bag by pulling on it; You

may have to tilt the lower module on each side to free-up
the elastic bands;

6. Repeat step 1 to 5 for the second module;

7. Preassemble the eight (8) spikes with their locking nuts.

Leave approximately half an inch between the tip end and
the nut. Put them aside for later installation (once you
have found the final placement of the speakers);

8. Carefully tilt a lower module on one side and install the

Teflon skates. Repeat for all the skates. Do not install the
spikes yet;

9. Install both lower modules at their respective proper

listening position having the drivers and port facing the
rear wall (rear firing). For proper installation, please read
the Installation Section of the manual;

10. Screw the connectors posts halfway at the rear of each

lower module;

11. After installation, you should store unused accessories

inside the case before storage;

12. Once a proper position has been identified, do as

indicated in step 8 to remove the Teflon skates and install
the spikes.
