Retrieving a held call

Select Unhold.

Call mute

Mute a call to carry on a private conversation.

Muting a call

While the call is connected, select Mute On.

Call mute appears in the dialpad display, and the other person on the call

does not hear anything.

Unmuting a muted call

Select Mute Off.

You can now converse with the other person on the call.

Call transfer

Transfer calls while you are connected to the network. The following

transfer types are available:

Blind: T ransfer the call without talking to the other party.

Supervised: Talk to the other party before transferring the call.

Transferring a call

1. While a call is connected, select Feature.

2. Dial the number to transfer the call.

3. Select Hold & Call.

The call is placed on hold. The held call hears music, if configured on

the system.

4. Do one of the following:

— To complete a blind transfer, select Transfer, and hang up.

— To complete a supervised transfer, wait for an answer, consult,

select Transfer, and hang up.
