This chart is useful for keeping a record of personal measurements. The assistance of

a second person is helpful in taking the measurements with an accurate tape measure.
The illustrations show where a tape measure should be placed when taking each
measurement.
As a reference point, use a ribbon firmly but comfortably tied at the waist before
