THE SET OF HEMMERS
Before aitaciiing any of the hemmers, be sure bobbins
thread
is
pulled
up.
Then,
with
hemmers
in
place,
hold
top
thread loosely and turn handwheel one full
turn toward you, making a loop under hemmer. Grasp
bobbin
thread
with
both
hands
and
slip
horizontally
under
hemmer
toward
b a c k .
-.bobbin
thread
will
catch
loop and carry upper thread to back of hemmer.

unthread
needle,

darner
spring,
on
needle and slip hook up over needle clamp.
