On thin goods or ribbon gauge ( R - 1 2 5 ) should be set utmost
' at extreme right side of machine and should obtom results
shown in Fig. 1 ,

For heavier goods, bring gauge to the left as necessary,

Do not pull material to help feeding, do not hold material
back, just hold firm but lightly.
