GLOSSARY
Send header
A one line message printed at the top of the received
document containing the local name, number, date,
time, comm. # and page numbers.
Speed dial
The use of 55 keys (the Speed Dial key and a two digit
speed dial code) to dial a remote telephone.
Terminal
A facsimile transceiver.
Transaction
A single page or batch sent or received by the facsimile
equipment.
Voice request
This feature allows the facsimile terminal to signal a
remote operator for voice contact following a
transmission.
