What may be happened while installing:

Link kit packages have not been installed completely. (Install like kit
completely.)

Can not boot the system due to low voltage. (Use a higher wattage
power supply.)

Installation Procedures:

Login as a super user.

Choose the “Add a Supported Product” item, and then select “Install
one or more packages” item.
