Working with TightVNC
Using a Web Server as a Viewer
You can access to the TightVNC Server via a Web browser such as
Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The TightVNC server contains a small Web server. When you connect to it
by using your Internet search engine, the Java applet for the viewer is
downloaded automatically. It allows you to access the remote desktop.
To connect remotely by using a Web browser:
1. From the computer Web browser, enter an appropriate IP address,
following the example below:

Your Web browser must support Java applets. In addition, you
should not use a proxy in order to let the java applets access the
remote server directly.
