Purpose：
Set keypad lock on/off when use “_scanf_color” function.
Syntax： void _scanf_ctrl_KeypadLock(BOOL bLock);
Example call： _scanf_ctrl_KeypadLock(FALSE);

When use “_scanf_color” function, this function can set keypad input
lock on/off except ENT key ,ESC key and Scan key.
TRUE : Keypad lock
