5. Start-up

• Remove all packaging and transport locks.
• Check the device, power supply and cables for damage.
• Fit the protective cover to the appliance if it is not already in place.
• Connect the power supply plug to the massage device. The switch must be set to "0". Move it to “0” if it

is not already in this position.

WARNING

• Do not use the device if damage is evident to the device itself or any of its accessories.
• The massage device must only be operated with the supplied power supply unit, which must be

connected to a power supply with the mains voltage indicated on the power supply unit.

• Route the cable safely so that there is no risk of anyone tripping over it.

• Connect your device to the mains by plugging the power supply unit into the mains outlet.

6. Operation

Use the switch on the side to switch on the massage device. The switch positions „I“ and „II“ also determine
the massaging direction:
• Switch position I: the massage heads rotate against each other in an upward motion.
• Switch position II: the massage heads rotate against each other in a downward motion.
Move the switch to the middle position (level 0) to switch the device off.

Note

• Always wear light clothing when receiving a massage from the device.
• To receive a more gentle massage, insert a folded towel between the massage device and your

body.

• Do not use the massage device for longer than 15 minutes. Otherwise, using the device for longer

can over-stimulate the muscles and cause tension instead of relaxation.

• Do not use the massage device just before going to bed. The massage can also have a stimu-

lating effect and may cause difficulties in getting off to sleep.

WARNING

The massage must be pleasant and relaxing at all times. Stop the massage or change the position of
the massage device if you find it is painful or unpleasant.
• In order to prevent yourself from being trapped between the heads, do NOT lean on the massage

heads when changing your position or moving the massage device.

• Do not force any part of your body, in particular your fingers, between the rotating massage heads

and their mountings in the device.
