Continue through all desired parameters, start pedaling to start workout.
PRESET- Program

The PRESET-Program includes 12 workout programs

Steps, Hill, Rolling, Valley, Fat Burn, Ramp,

Mountain, Intervals, Random, Plateau, Fartlek , Precipice Program
Setting Parameters for Interval Program

Press PROGRAM key to select PRESET- PROGRAM

and press UP or DOWN key to select one workout

program

then pressing ENTER ,the 1st parameter “Time” will flash so value can be adjusted by UP or

DOWN key .Press ENTER key to save value & move to next parameter to be adjusted. Continue through all
desired parameters, start pedaling to start workout. The resistance could be adjusted by UP or DOWN key
during workout.
