Connect the terminal to the Service port (J7) on the rear of the gateway using the RS-232 Cable.
Verify that your terminal emulation software is set to the following:
Emulation Type:
VT-100
Baud Rate: 19.2 K
Data Bits: 8
Parity: No Parity (Fixed)
Stop Bits: 1 Stop Bit
