Option for pro-
tection against
undesired star-
ting

The option for protection against undesired starting can be used to control safety de-
vices that carry out a specific action if the charger is switched on.

e.g.: a relay prevents a vehicle from starting while its battery is being charged.

Important! The option “Protection against undesired starting - 2-pin with change-over
contact” MUST NOT be operated on two different circuits.

WARNING! Risk of injury and damage from exposed, rotating vehicle parts.
When working in the vehicle’s engine compartment, take care that hands,
hair, items of clothing and charger leads do not come into contact with moving
parts, e.g. fan belt, fan, etc.

Charger with optional wall bracket (DIN rail
TS 35, EN 50022)

NOTE! If fixing to the wall, please note the weight of the charger. The bracket
must be fitted to a suitable wall using the correct dowels and screws.

Important! Observe minimum clearances for ventilation purposes. Ensure an adequate
supply of fresh air.
