USING THE FREEZER COMPARTMENT

ALLARME TEMPERATURA FREEZER
Esistono due tipi di allarme sonoro e visivo (con display lampeggiante come
in fi gura). Si attivano entrambi contemporaneamente quando la temperatura
nel freezer raggiunge temperature superiori a -12 (Esempio -11).
Per disattivare l’allarme sonoro occorre premere il tasto di “super” S.
Mentre l’allarme visivo si disattiva automaticamente quando la temperatura
ritorna a - 12.
ATTENZIONE: Alla prima accensione dell’apparecchio si attiva auto-
maticamente l’allarme sonoro in quanto le temperature all’interno
dello scomparto freezer sono superiori a -12.
COME CONGELARE GLI ALIMENTI FRESCHI
Il comparto congelatore permette il congelamento degli alimenti.
La quantità di alimenti freschi che può essere congelata in 24 ore, è indicata
sulla targhetta matricola (vedi paragrafo “Collegamento elettrico”).
Come procedere:
- Avvolgete e sigillate l’alimento in fogli alluminio, pellicola trasparente,
imballi impermeabili di plastica, contenitori di polietilene con coperchi,
contenitori da congelatore.
- Sistemate l’alimento nei comparti indicati lasciando suffi ciente spazio
attorno ai pacchetti per permettere la circolazione dell’aria.
In caso di interruzione di corrente, il comparto congelatore mantiene la
FREEZER TEMPERATURE ALARM
The freezer has two types of alarm, audio and visual (with a fl ashing display
as shown in the fi gure). Both are activated together when the temperature
in the freezer reaches a value higher than -12 (Example -11).
To silence the audible alarm, press the “super” button S. The visual alarm
will deactivate automatically when the temperature returns to - 12.
WARNING: The fi rst time the appliance is switched on, the alarm
will be activated automatically in that the temperature in the freezer
compartment is higher than - 11.
FREEZING FRESH FOOD
The freezer compartment can be used to freeze fresh food.
The quantity of fresh food freezable in 24 hours is indicated on the appliance
identifi cation plate (see paragraph “Electrical connection”).
Procedure:
- Wrap the food in aluminium foil, transparent fi lm, plastic waterproof
containers, polyethylene containers with lids or purpose-made freezer
containers.
- Place the food in the appropriate compartment, leaving suffi cient space
around it to allow air to circulate freely.
In the case of a power cut, the freezer will maintain its storage temperature for
approximately 15 hours. Do not open the freezer door during a power cut.
