General Information
The Model 12506-007 Transformer Replacement Kit is provided to replace the transformer for a 13310-
203 Explosion-proof Driver assembly. This kit includes the following components:

Installation
CAUTION
Keep cover tight while circuits are alive.
WARNING
Explosion hazard—Do not disconnect equipment unless power has been
switched off or the area is known to be non-hazardous. Remove power from the enclosure before
performing any maintenance. Do not open unless area is known to be SAFE.
WARNING
Maintenance to this speaker must be performed by trained, qualified and
competent personnel. Installation must comply with local, state and national regulations, as well as
safety practices for this type of equipment.
CAUTION
After transformer replacement, examine the enclosure flanges for dirt and
damage. Re-install and tighten all speaker-driver bolts to 10.8-12.5 ft-lbs. dry, (14.6-17 N-m dry).
Make certain no housing bolts are omitted. Use only those bolts supplied with the speaker driver
assembly.
CAUTION
Before the repaired apparatus is re-commissioned, cables/conduit entry
systems shall be checked to ensure that they are undamaged and are appropriate to the apparatus
type of protection.
