SERVICE HINTS

When Gas Pressure is Too Low:

• pilot will not stay lit
• burners will have delayed ignition
• burner system will not produce specified heat
• propane/LP gas supply might be low (propane/LP units only)

You may feel your gas pressure is too low. If so, contact your local
natural or propane/LP gas supplier.

TECHNICAL SERVICE

You may have further questions about installation, operation, or
troubleshooting. If so, contact DESA’s Technical Service Depart-
ment at 1-866-672-6040. When calling, please have your model and
serial numbers of your heater ready.

WIRING DIAGRAM

CAUTION: Label all wires prior to disconnection

when servicing controls. Wiring errors can cause
improper and dangerous operation. Verify proper
operation after servicing.

warranty coverage for parts replaced under warranty.

original replacement part(s), call DESA’s Technical Service De-

When calling DESA, have ready
• your name
• your address
• model and serial numbers of your stove and burner system
• how burner system was malfunctioning
• type of gas used (propane/LP or natural gas)
• purchase date

Usually, we will ask you to return the part to the factory.
