Q6. Mouse does not work, what could be wrong?
a. Wait for 5 seconds after mouse connected then try.
b. Not being identified. Plug/unplug several times.
c. The mouse is incompatible. Please try a different mouse.
Q7. Why can’t my system download ActiveX controls?
a. IE browser blocks ActiveX. Please use the following setup to enable
downloading.
