When all schedule information is complete, clicking on the “Schedule” button will place this pending workflow into
the “Upcoming” column on the Workflows page.
2.2.4 U PLOAD R ECORDING
Media files which have been created or recorded by equipment other than the Capture Agents may be entered
into the system via the “Upload Recording” button.
As with Scheduled Recordings, it is very important for the administrator to enter appropriate information in all text
fields available for proper indexing and disposition of the files.
The list of media types accepted is extensive and documented elsewhere.
The server architecture differentiates processing of video and graphics files. If the recording is primarily a video of
graphical slide changes, check the “Contains discrete images” box when uploading the file.
