6 – Standalone Mode
Overview
If you turn this unit on when it is not connected to a computer
by USB, it will operate in standalone mode.
You can use this unit's A/D and D/A converters even when it is
not connected to a computer.
Settings in standalone mode
When in standalone mode, the unit recalls and uses the Mixer
Panel settings that have been saved in its memory. You can set
the operation settings used by the unit in standalone mode as
you like in advance. Use the “Save” item in the pull-down menu
to save the mixer panel settings that you want to the unit. (See
“Saving Mixer Panel settings to the unit memory” on page 25.)
CAUTION
Only one set of Mixer Panel settings can be saved at a time
in the unit's memory. For this reason, saving settings to the
unit's memory will erase the previously saved settings.
NOTE
The settings used when operating in standalone mode
cannot be changed or saved without connecting a
computer.
The factory default Mixer Panel settings that are saved in the
unit's memory are as follows.
