rotor until the bolt holes in the drive shaft
correspond with the threaded holes in the rotor.
Mount the retaining bolts (A) of the drive shaft.
Tighten the bolts finger-tight. Tighten them
diagonally opposite to each other to the
specified torque limits. Refer to §

10.1.6

Replace the cover and fasten the retaining bolts
with the correct torque. Refer to §

10.1.6

Switch on the electrical supply to the pump.

Fit the (new) pump hose. Refer to §

Replacing bearings

1.

Dismount the pump hose, the cover and rotor
by following steps 1 through 6 from §

7.7.2

Lay the rotor on a flat surface with the wear ring
face up. Remove retaining circlip (A) with the
correct tools.

3.

Turn the rotor over. Remove using the correct
pressing tools, first the first bearing (C), the
spacer ring (B) and the second bearing (A) from
the rotor. Check the spacer ring for damage.
Retain the spacer ring (B).
