Function description:
This function is used to configure SNMPv3 view. The Entry index key are OID
Subtree and View Name. To create a new view account, please check <Add new
view> button, and enter the view information then check <Save>. Max Group
Number : 28.

Parameters description:
Delete:
Check <Delete> entry then check <Save> button, the entry will be delete.
View Name:
The term here is used for View Name setting. The name of MIB view.
The length of “View Name” string is restricted to 1-32.
View Type:
The term here is used for View Type setting. The access type for the
view subtree: included or excluded.
OID Subtree:
The OID defining the root of the subtree to add to the named view.
