Installing The Angle Broom
9. Install the pin (Item 5) and retainer pin (Item 6) (both sides).
Leveling The Angle Broom
The angle broom should be leveled before every use. This will
position the angle broom parallel to the ground.
1. The tilt cylinder (Item 1) is used to adjust the front to back
level of the attachment.
2. Using the tilt function of the utility vehicle, the angle broom
is set correctly when it is 90° to the ground as shown.
3. Once the attachment is leveled - engage the tilt lock. See
page 21.
Tip: Once the attachment is leveled, the tilt function of the utility vehicle
can be locked so it does not need to be readjusted. (See the
BRUTUS Owner’s Manual for additional information).
NOTICE: AVOID PTO DRIVELINE DAMAGE. PTO powered
attachments are not compatible with the tilt cylinder full range
of motion. Engage the tilt cylinder lock once the attachment is
level to prevent PTO driveline damage.
