MAINTENANCE
Removal And Installation Of Bristles
Removal
WARNING
AVOID BURNS
Gearbox will be hot after operating. Let the gear box cool or use gloves
when servicing.
Loosen the two set screws from the locking sleeve (Item 1).
Rotate the locking sleeve and remove
.
Remove the four bolts (Item 2). Remove the side plate (Item 3).
Remove the three bolts (Item 3) and brush cover (Item 4).
R ight Side: Face the bristle shaft and rotate the shaft to have the
bristle splines (Item 5) at the 10 o’clock position.
Left Side: Face the bristle shaft and rotate the shaft to have the
bristle splines (Item 5) at the 2 o’clock position.
Remove the bristle sections (Item 6).
