Description: This fastener replacement kit contains all necessary hardware to mount the turbine inlet to the exhaust
manifold, and the outlet elbow to the turbine outlet. The hardware is constructed of high-quality stainless steel and can
be used with any Garrett T25 or T28 Turbocharger.

1. Hand tighten the 1.45” long studs into the exhaust manifold, with the shorter threads towards the manifold
(See Fig. 1).
2. Hand tighten the 1.75” long studs into the turbine outlet, with the longer threads towards the turbine outlet
(See Fig. 2).
3. When attaching the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold, and the turbo outlet elbow to the turbocharger, use an 8mm
washer under each nut, and hand tighten the 8mm x 1.25 nuts onto the studs.
4. Torque the 8mm x 1.25 nuts to 190 inch/lbs. (approximately 16 ft/lbs).
