Used in conjunction with P1-03 to set up the ratio of the follower. The MOP gear ratio function is multiplied to the P1-
02/P1-03 ratio to form the final follower gear ratio. 
 
Example: With P1-02 = 4, and P1-03 = 1, the ratio will be 4/1, or 4. With this ratio, for every revolution of the master, the 
follower will make four revolutions.
