5 ASSEMBLY
Read these instruction and this manual in its entirety before you attempt to assemble to
operate your new lawnmower.
IMPORTANT:The lawn mower is shipped WITHOUT OIL OR FUEL in the
engine. Your new lawn mower has been assembled and tested at the
factory.
5.1 Remove lawn mower from carton
Roll lawn mower out of carton and check carton thoroughly for additional loose parts.
5.2 Folding handle (Fig. 1)
 Unfold handle carefully so as not to pinch or damage the control cables.
 Raise handles until lower handle section locks into place in mowing position.
 Remove protective padding, raise upper handle section into place on lower handle and
tighten both handle knobs
 Remove handle padding holding operator presence control bar to upper handle.
 The sensitivity of clutch lies on tightness-scale of nut. (Fig. 2)
5.3 Mounting and dismounting the grass bag (4)
 Take the grass box and metal bracket out of the packing
 Put the metal bracket into the grass box, keep the handle outside.
 Fix the plastic jacket in the metal bracket.
 To fit: Raise flap, grasp handle and position bag against rear of mower.
 To remove: grasp rear cover, lift flap, remove catcher.
5.4 Starter handle (Fig.3)
Move the starter handle from the engine to the rope guide.
5.5 Height of cut (Fig. 4)
Apply outward pressure to disengage lever from rack. Move lever forward or back to adjust
height.

6.1 “1” Mowing with the grass catch box (Fig. 5)
For mowing with the grass catch box:
 Lift the discharge flap and mount the grass collect box.
 Regularly clean the rear flap and discharge opening form grass rest and stuck dirt.
It can easily be converted depending on the application purpose:
 normal lawnmower with rear discharge using the grass collect box.
 as mulching machine.
 as lawnmower with side discharge.
6.2 “2” convert to mulching mower
What is mulching?
Mulching means the grass is cut & chopped in one working cycle and is left on the
lawnsurface as a natural fertilizer.
