Caution! ensure that all screws are tight
at all times. tighten the screws after each
training session!
3. Adjust the height of the foot anchors to your
foot size as necessary by moving the anchors
up or down. The foot anchors are in the correct
position if they are in the middle of your instep.
training notes
• Warm up well before each training session.
• Do not train if you are ill or feel unwell.
• If possible have an experienced physiotherapist
demonstrate the correct execution to you
before starting training.
• Only continue the exercises while you feel
good or as long as you can carry the exercise
out correctly.
• Train on a fitness mat.
• Wear comfortable sports clothing and sports
shoes.

Sit-up exercise (figure C)
• Lie flat on the floor (on the fitness mat) and
bend your legs. Place your feet under the
product. Your toes should be pointing towards
you.
• Now lift your upper body and hold this position
for several seconds.
• It is extremely important to tense your stomach
muscles and not to swing upwards but rather to
sit up slowly to half way. Please always keep
your lower back on the floor.
• Do not lie down all the way when lowering
your upper body again.
• Repeat the exercise 25 times in 4 exercise sets.
Care and storage
Always store the article in a dry, clean room that is
temperature-controlled.
IMPORTANT! Only clean the article with water
and never with aggressive cleaning agents. Then
wipe it dry with a cleaning cloth.
