When Live S treaming is enabled, “Enabled” will be indicated as shown in the image below.
You may now l ive s tream on YouTube Live.
If Live S treaming has not been enabled, follow the steps below:

Create a new channel → Enter a name and click Create → Creator Studio → CHANNEL →
Status and features → Live streaming → Enable
