PLEASE study these instructions carefully before beginning this installation. Most installations can be accomplished with
common tools and procedures. However, you should be familiar with and comfortable working on your vehicle. If you do not
feel comfortable performing this installation, it is recommended to have the installation completed by a qualified mechanic.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Proper installation is the responsibility of the installer. Improper installation
will void your warranty and may result in poor performance and engine or vehicle damage.
DESCRIPTION: This gasket kit contains all gaskets (except the intake manifold gasket) necessary when removing and
reinstalling Edelbrock Turbocharger systems.
It also includes replacement washers for the banjo connections at the
turbocharger, as well as the Stato-Seal washers for the oil drain fitting.

❑ 1 Turbocharger to Exhaust Manifold Gasket
❑ 1 Oil Drain Adapter to Oil Pan Gasket
❑ 1 Outlet Elbow to Down Pipe Gasket
❑ 1 Compressor Inlet Pipe to Flange 0-Ring
❑ 1 Turbo Oil Drain Flange O-Ring
❑ 1 Compressor Outlet Pipe to Flange O-Ring
❑ 1 Adapter Stud to Adapter Body O-Ring
❑ 1 Adapter Body to Engine Block O-ring
❑ 2 Oil Drain Adapter Stato-Seal Washers
❑ 2 Turbo Oil Inlet Hose Sealing Washers
❑ 4 Aluminum Crush Washers
❑ 1 Russell O-Ring
❑ 4 Turbo Coolant Hose Sealing Washers

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Refer to the instructions from your Edelbrock Turbo Kit for removal and re-installation of the turbo kit components.
2. Make sure all gasket mating surfaces are clean and free of grease or oil, and make sure any old gasket material has been
removed before installing the new gaskets.
NOTE: Block off any open ports or openings to the turbocharger with paper towels or rags during the cleaning process
to prevent dirt and debris from entering your engine or turbocharger. Be sure to remove the paper towels or rags
BEFORE re-assembly!
