I cannot play
digital music that I
have purchased
from an online
music store. • Digital music that is purchased and downloaded from an
online store is encoded with copy-protection. You cannot
play digital music that has copy-protection in iPAQ Mobile
Media. To play copy-protected music, you must use
Window Media Player on your computer to transfer the
music to your HP iPAQ and then use Windows Media
Player on your HP iPAQ to play.
• Your music may also be in a different format that what is
supported with iPAQ Mobile Media. Only .wma and
.mp3 (except Media Stream mode) are supported with
iPAQ Mobile Media.
I get an un-
supported error
message when I
try to install
Mobile Media for
PC on one of my
computers. • Mobile Media for PC is supported on PC running
Windows XP (Home, Professional, Media Center, and
Tablet Editions. It cannot be installed on computers
running other operating systems.
