SECTION 5 − INSTALLATION
5-1. Serial Number And Rating Label Location
The serial number and rating information for this product is located on the back. Use rating label to determine input power requirements and/or
rated output. For future reference, write serial number in space provided on back cover of this manual.
! Do not move or operate unit
where it could tip.
! Do not lift unit from end.
! Do not weld on base. Welding
on base can cause fuel tank fire
or explosion. Bolt unit down
using holes provided in base.
! Always securely fasten weld-
ing generator onto transport
vehicle or trailer and comply
with all DOT and other applica-
ble codes.
NOTICE − Do not install unit where air
flow is restricted or engine may over-
heat.

Mounting:
! Do not mount unit by support-
ing the base only at the four
mounting holes. Do not use
flexible mounts. Use cross-
supports to adequately sup-
port unit and prevent damage
to base.
