If you already know your PBS channel number, skip
ahead to step 5. If not, use [Cursor K /L] to select
“AUTO CLOCK CH SEARCH”. Then press [ENTER].

• The unit will search for a channel that carries a time
signal and the number will appear at the top of the
screen when the channel is found.

• ‘’_ _” appears in the lower left corner of the screen
when the search is complete.
• Press [SET-UP] to exit the “AUTO CLOCK CH SEARCH”,
then repeat steps 1 and 2 on page 12 to go back to
the “SETTING CLOCK” again.

Press [Cursor s / B] until the channel number of your
PBS station appears. Use one of the channel number
you found at step 4.

Press [SET-UP] to exit.

Press [STANDBY-ONy] to turn off the unit and let the
PBS update the clock.

Note:
• During the auto clock channel search, the picture may be
distorted. This is not a malfunction.
• If there are no PBS stations available, set “AUTO CLOCK” to
“OFF” and set the clock manually.
• If the unit is connected to a cable/satellite box, select the
local PBS station on the cable/satellite box. Set the unit to
the output channel of the cable/satellite box (03, 04 or AUX).
Daylight-Saving Time (D.S.T.)
When “D.S.T.” is set, the clock will automatically move forward or back 1
hour when the day comes up.

until the desired setting appears beside “D.S.T.”.
