12.3.64 A12401: Value Out of Range –128...127
Type: Error
Description: The offset between the current PC and the label specified as the
PC relative address is not in the range of a signed byte (smaller
than –128 or bigger than 127). An 8-bit signed PC relative
offset is expected in the following instructions:
• Branch instructions:
BCC, BCS, BEQ, BGE, BGT, BHI, BHS, BLE, BLO, BLS,
BLT, BMI, BNE, BPL, BRA, BRN, BSR, BVC, BVS.
• Third operand in BRCLR and BRSET instructions
