Hold
1.
During a call, press the More softkey.
2.
Select Hold/Retrieve to put the call on hold.
To retrieve the Held Call
1.
Press the More softkey
2.
Select Hold/Retrieve to retrieve the call.
Transfer
1.
During the call, press the More softkey.
2.
Select New Call.
3.
Dial the number to which you want to transfer the call and then press the Call softkey.
4.
Do one of the following:
•
to make a blind transfer, select Release to hang up and connect the other two parties.
•
to make a supervised transfer, wait for an answer, announce the transfer, and then
select Release to hang up and connect the other two parties.
•
to terminate the transfer and return to the held call, press More and then select Call
Swap.
