The video picture is monochrome
If you are using the S-Video output, make sure that S is selected
in the Video output menu
Otherwise, check your video cabling.
The video picture is bright blue or pink
If you are using the Component outputs, check that the Y option
is selected in the Video output menu; see To select the video
output format, page 39.
Otherwise, check your video cabling.
Picture whites appear green
