Note: If the HI32 DSP and the host DSP use the same EXTAL clock, the HI32 can operate
synchronously at its maximum throughput of three clock cycles/word. (For example, for a 6
MHz clock (CLKOUT )the HI32 throughput is 22 Mwords/sec = 66 Mbytes/sec.
